About the Wisconsin Job Developer's Network
The Job Developers Network Wisconsin (JDN-WI) is dedicated to empowering Workforce Professionals to build communities to assist job seekers in connecting to, obtaining and retaining employment. We are a state-wide network of organizations and agencies dedicated to enhancing community employment for people with disabilities.

To develop community employment for people with disabilities.
Our Vision
- Sustain comprehensive and effective communication between employment partners.
- Forge partnerships between people with disabilities and employers.
- Connect partners across agency, industry and geographic areas throughout Wisconsin.
Core Principals
We are guided by the following core principals.
- All JDN-WI Services are based on extensive feedback and input from local employers and participating organizations.
- On all projects, JDN-WI encourages our Workforce Professionals to come together as equals to discover their common ground to form a foundation from which to network.
- JDN-WI acknowledges our Workforce Professionals deep values of community and relationship building, while recognizing the need to draw upon our uniqueness.
- Fundamental to all of our work is the belief and practice of helping to facilitate local solutions to local wokforce problems.
