The Job Developers Network Wisconsin (JDN-WI) is dedicated to empowering Workforce Professionals to build communities to assist job seekers in connecting to, obtaining and retaining employment. Adult Development Services

Welcome to Adult Development Services. ADS, located in Greenwood, WI, is a non-profit community rehabilitation program operated by Clark County. In existence since 1972 and in its present location since 1980, ADS provides work opportunities to a wide range of individuals with developmental, physical, and mental disabilities.

Aging & Disability Resource Center of Brown County

The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) provides advocacy and supportive services to Brown County's citizens age 60 and older and adults with disabilities and their caregivers.

The ADRC is the place to start when you or a loved one is facing the challenges that come with changes in health, disability and age. The ADRC maintains a comprehensive data base of community services available to help families and persons meet these challenges, equipping them with the tools they need to make informed decisions and to maintain control of their lives. The ADRC staff is ready to listen to your unique situation. Through options counseling, staff will assist you in recognizing the strengths you have, and describe the community services that will best meet your wishes and desires. The goals of options counseling are to enable you to choose what's best for you and your family, guide you in accessing services, and if needed, to advocate for you to ensure you receive the services you need.

In addition ADRC- ADDLife programs offer the opportunity for you to take a self-educated, proactive, and personal approach to your health and wellness. They ADD Laughter, Independence, Friends and Energy to your life!

WI APSE

The mission of Wisconsin APSE is to assist in the establishment, expansion and refinement of high quality supported employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. We recognize that the ability of the individual to control their career goals and employment outcomes is vital to a quality SE experience.

Art Working

Aurora Community Services

Aurora Community Services was created in 1986 to provide high quality, individualized, community based services to persons with disabilities. Aurora is a professional human service agency that continues to provide a full spectrum of individualized community based services to persons with developmental disabilities, mental health issues, dual diagnoses and individuals with a traumatic brain injury. Aurora is committed to providing quality, individualized, outcome based services. Aurora currently contracts with over 35 counties and State agencies throughout Northern and West Central Wisconsin.

Center for Career Development & Employability Training (CCDET)

The Center for Career Development & Employability Training (CCDET) was founded in 1979 as a youth advocacy and adult career counseling outreach. It is funded fully through grants and service contracts to provide innovative training and support services to individuals, organizations, agencies and communities throughout Wisconsin.

Cerebral Palsy, Inc.

Our Mission: Cerebral Palsy, Inc. provides services for the people of Northeast Wisconsin to promote community involvement, inclusion, and to enhance the quality of life of persons affected by temporary or permanent physical, sensory, and/or speech needs or conditions.

Chippewa River Industries

Chippewa River Industries provides employment services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. We believe that vocational and economic independence for individuals with disabilities is achieved through employment that is consistent with their abilities, interests, and needs. CRI is dedicated to being the leader in providing market-focused comprehensive vocational services, including discovery and developing vocational goals, building work skills, gaining work experience, and finding and keeping the right job in the community. We strive to be the best and work diligently to ensure the individuals we serve remain satisfied with the services they receive. It is our intention to meet and exceed all expectations!

Clarity Care, Inc.

Caring for your family member like they were our family member ... There's care ... then there's Clarity Care. Clarity Care, Inc. is a private, nonprofit agency dedicated to providing care and services to individuals with acute, chronic or long-term conditions, including those with special needs.

COA Youth & Family Centers

COA works with children, teens and parents from many racial and ethnic backgrounds directing their energy and ideas into constructive programs of recreation and community betterment. Programs are held for young people ages 7-18; there is a Family Center for families with children ages birth-6; and a licensed child care Center for children 6 weeks - 12 years old. A wide range of activities and opportunities are offered including access to a Computer Center, Art Room and a gymnasium.

Community Industries Corporation

CIC enhances opportunities for people with disabilities to participate in community life as valued workers, neighbors and family members. Since 1966 CIC has been actively growing and changing to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities in Portage County. Originally a place of employment for six individuals with disabilities, CIC now offers multiple programs including Employment, Day and Respite Services to over 290 individuals.

Cooperative Educational Service Agency #1 (CESA)

CESA #1 is a cooperative and is governed by the 45 school districts that it serves as primary clients. Its business is structured in direct response to the service needs of those school districts, the Department of Public Instruction, and other education providers in the area. The services of the agency are comprised of consulting services, direct student instruction services, educator professional development as well as training for Wisconsin certification. The consulting services are organized within the Center for Education Innovation and Regional Economic Development and the Pupil Services/Special Education Departments.

Create-Ability, Inc. Residential Program

Create-Ability is accessed through Dane County Human Services. They can provide supported living arrangements that range from continuously supported apartment living with live-ins, apartment living with come-ins, and apartment living with a few hours of support per week. They also coordinate Adult Family Home services that provide support to individuals with disabilities living in someone elses home.

Curative Care Network

Curative Care Network, one of the largest, most experienced and comprehensive rehabilitation and human service organizations in the nation, improves the function and quality of life for persons with disabilities of limiting conditions. Curative provides quality services to children, adults and seniors at community-based sites in Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties.

Diverse Options Inc.

Diverse Options Inc. is a private, non-profit agency that serves the vocational and independent living needs of individuals with disabilities in the greater Ripon area. Our mission involves "a community of diverse talents enabling and empowering people with disabilities to reach their highest level of independence." Diverse Options serves approximately 35 persons in Marquette County offering programs to enable people to work and participate in community educational, social and recreational opportunities. Employment Resources, Inc.

ERI practices and promotes innovative services that advance employment opportunities, support personal choices, and enhance the well-being of individuals with disabilities across Wisconsin. ERI provides employment and benefits counseling, assistive technology, and community outreach services to people with disabilities who are considering or pursuing employment. ERI also offers statewide consultation, training and technical assistance to employers, human service professionals, disability advocates, government agencies and the public regarding disability and employment issues.

Forward Service Corporation W-2 Program & Emergency Assistance Program

Wisconsin Works (W-2) W-2 replaces monthly cash benefits with services that support work; help in finding and keeping a job, child care, health care, employment-related cash loans, transportation assistance and more. For those who are not job-ready, W-2 works with employers and community organizations to make subsidized jobs, work experience through community service jobs, and other paid work-readiness placements available. Fox River Industries/Green Lake County

Fox River Industries is a part of Green Lake County Department of Health and Human Services. Located in Berlin, Wisconsin, we provide work and vocational training primarily to developmentally disabled persons residing in Green Lake County. At Fox River Industries, we provide outstanding consumer services on a daily basis in our Production, Adult Day Services, Supported Employment, and Transportation Services units. While the primary target population is adults with developmental disabilities, Fox River Industries also serves individuals with chronic mental illness, W-2 participants, and juveniles. Fox River Industries has a staff of 15 members that serve four program areas.

Innovations Now – Job Development Mentors Project

The Job Development Mentors Project is designed to create a state-wide infrastructure for professionals who are responsible for developing jobs for individuals in supported employment; while at the same time, working towards increasing the pool of well-trained job developers around the state of Wisconsin. For the first year, this project begins by having three seasoned job developers serve as mentors to job developers in three areas of the state. The role of the mentor is to assist the job developers in using a person-centered approach to create innovative employment opportunities. The mentor/job developer pairing works side-by-side to incorporate new approaches to job development in businesses and industries that have previously been unattainable for supported employment. On-going training and feedback is a critical component in the mentor relationship.

Kenosha Achievement Center, Inc.

The Kenosha Achievement Center, is a non profit organization committed to the growth and success of persons with special needs. Those with developmental disabilities are provided the opportunity to achieve in all areas of life. Our mission is to enable persons with disabilities to achieve a way of life that includes work and community integration. KAC provides Adult, Early Childhood and Specialized Transportation services for persons with special needs. We take pride in providing quality services and programs in the community for 44 years.

LacCourte Oreilles

The LCO Vocational Rehabilitation Services Project is an Education and Training Area program that offers vocational rehabilitation services to American Indians with disabilities. The goal of the Project is to assist people with disabilities to find/or maintain employment. Vocational rehabilitation includes an array of services funded by a grant from the U. S. Department of Education, Rehabilitation Services Administration, in cooperation with the State of Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Lakeside Curative Services

Lakeside Curative Service's mission is to provide vocational rehabilitation services and opportunities to citizens with disabilities. In order to accomplish this mission, Lakeside Curative is continually searching for new and challenging subcontract work for participants to perform under the careful supervision of rehabilitation trainers and production staff.

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan, Inc.

For over 125 years, Lutheran Social Services (LSS) has touched the lives of people across the world. Madison Area Technical College

Madison Area Technical College (MATC) is the technical and community college for the greater Madison area. It is dedicated to providing accessible, high quality instruction and technical experience to meet the needs of its students, community and area employers.

MARC Madison Area Rehabilitation Centers

MARC is the largest provider of community and center-based employment, day services, and personal care for adults with developmental disabilities in Dane County, Wisconsin. MARC supports nearly 300 adults at five Dane County locations and at 100 community-based job sites.

Middleton Cross Plains Area School

Located in south central Wisconsin and adjacent to the Capital City of Madison, the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District provides quality education for approximately 5,800 students in six elementary schools, two middle schools, one high school and an alternative high school.

Milwaukee Center For Independence

Welcome to the Milwaukee Center For Independence. We are a community-based agency serving children, adults and families with physical and mental disabilities since 1938. Our mission is to assist individuals and families with special needs to better live and work in the community. We offer: * Adult and Older Adult Programs * Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy * Children's Programs * Training and Employment Services * Community Behavioral Health Services.

New Hope Center, Inc.

Placing People First … Promoting Service to individuals with abilities since 1965. Our Mission: To provide meaningful and quality services to individuals with disabilities so that they may meet their individual goals and improve their quality of life within the community.

New View Industries

New View Industries has been providing quality vocational services to the disabled of Oconto County since 1974. The goal of New View Industries is to make these individuals productive members of society. We are able to do this through a variety of social and vocational services. Some participants can learn skills that will allow them to enter the mainstream workforce, and also teach them daily living skills. By working at New View, our participants get a sense of belonging and being productive.

North Central Health Care

North Central Health Care (NCHC) is a public agency serving the counties of Langlade, Lincoln and Marathon. North Central Health Care, with its main campus in Wausau, has additional offices located in Antigo (Langlade Health Care Center) and Merrill and Tomahawk (Lincoln Health Care Center). NCHC offers outpatient, day hospital, community support and inpatient services for mental/emotional problems; vocational, life skill training, early intervention, housing and care management services for the developmentally disabled; and assessment, individual and outpatient group counseling, intensive programming, day hospital, referral for residential and inpatient treatment, and education for alcohol and other drug problems. Services for detoxification and for persons suffering from problems with gambling addiction are offered as well.

Oconto County Health and Humans Services

The Health and Human Services Department is responsible for a vast array of services available to families, adults and children that need assistance with mental health, substance abuse, and disability issues as well as promotion of health and safety of the whole community. In addition, through the application of State and Federal guidelines, the Department determines eligibility for the public benefit programs W-2, Food Share, Child Care, Energy Assistance and Medical Assistance.

The mission of Pantheon Industries is to provide a full spectrum of appropriate employment options to individuals with disabilities that will benefit both themselves and the community. The Racine County Opportunity Center provides job training, development, and job placement for developmentally disabled adults.

Racine Friendship Clubhouse

Racine Friendship Clubhouse, Inc. is a non-profit organization that integrates people with mental illness who are in the process of recovery into the economic and social community by expanding employment opportunities and increasing each participant's self-reliance and self-esteem. St. Coletta Day School of Milwaukee, Inc.

St. Coletta Day School is an educational program best suited for students with cognitive disabilities age 8-16, capable of academic achievement, who possess sufficient self-care skills to be independent. During the enrollment process, the potential student and his or her parents/guardians meet with the administrator. The student is evaluated using informal measures.

Waisman Center, UW-Madison

MISSION: The Waisman Center's mission is to advance knowledge about human development, developmental disabilities, and neurodegenerative diseases.

Waukesha Training Center

The Waukesha Training Center is a place where people with disabilities are encouraged to reach beyond the expected. Founded in 1963, our mission remains one of providing vocational rehabilitation training and employment opportunities which promote independence and self-sufficiency. Our programs are designed so that workers can develop new skills, increase their level of work experience and gain the means to seek and maintain meaningful employment.

Waupaca County Industries (WCI)

WCI is a progressive organization supporting people with special needs, building their dignity. Waupaca County Industries (WCI) is a sheltered workshop that serves disabled individuals. WCI is located in Manawa, and works with enclave sites throughout the County to provide work sites for participants.

Wautoma Area School District

Wautoma Area School District consists of approximately 1500 students and four schools.

Winona ORC Industries, Inc. (WORC)

Winona ORC Industries, Inc. (WORC) is a nonprofit organization located in Winona, MN, founded in 1975. WORC provides work and learning opportunities for individuals with special needs. Annually the organization will touch the lives of over 370 people with special needs in southeastern Minnesota, and it has grown to employ a census of 275 individuals on any given day. Acceptance by the community and securing funding has been keys to Winona ORC's continuing growth and success. Today WORC operates an expanded modern production facility on Winona's east side, as well a branch operation in Trempealeau County. The variety and degree of special needs of WORC clients have increased dramatically over the years. As a result, WORC serves people with many different special needs and often with multiple special needs from Winona, Houston, Fillmore, Olmstead, Trempealeau and Wabasha counties.

Wisconsin Ability Network

The Wisconsin Ability Network is a 501C3 organization that connects Wisconsin business and government with the tremendous untapped resources available at the 69 State of Wisconsin certified work centers. Although our workers may have some impairments, they're eager to perform a wide range of cost-efficient work tasks that companies and government offices normally aren't prepared to handle or can't afford to assign to their existing trained workers. Representatives of government, business and the work centers make up our board of directors at the Wisconsin Ability Network and meet regularly to ensure the prompt and efficient fulfillment of any contracts between employers and the work centers.

The Division of Employment & Training develops and maintains employment-focused programs that enable employers to hire and retain the workforce they need and that provide individuals and families with services that enable them to achieve financial well being as members of Wisconsin's workforce. It delivers services through public-private partnerships and a statewide network of Job Centers.

A private, non-profit employment agency that has been placing individuals with developmental disabilities into jobs in communities of Dane County since it was founded in 1983. We match the needs of employer with the skills, interests and strengths of each individual. W.O.R.C.'s mission is to facilitate a successful match between the employer and an employee they hire with a disability. We provide on-the-job training, job modifications, and transportation to work.
